Homesick and Iatrophobic

Danny relaxed against his brother.

Cecil finished before looking at his notes, "It says here ye haven't gotten a flu shot yet, I think ye should get one today. Getting sick would not be good for ye."

A tiny, frightened whimper, and Luca looked to Grayson.

"No shots." Grayson said firmly.

"But he needs it and it wouldn't take long to do..."

Luca's breathing quickened. "H-Hero..."

Danny hurried over, "Luca try a deep brea-..."

Grayson frown and glared at Danny, "Leave him alone! I know how to help him!" He said roughly before rubbing Luca's back as he got his pills. "Here Luca, here's your pill."

Danny backed up nervously, his own chest starting to hurt, though he looked away to hide the pain.

Luca quickly took his medication, watching Jordan give Danny his own medication.

Danny took his pill and leaned back against his brother.

Grayson stared as he watched.

Cecil sighed, "I should of warned ye... Danny has the same heart problem as Luca..."

"I've told him to watch his temper," said Luca.

"I didn't mean to... Sorry..." Grayson murmured softly as he rubbed the back of his neck.

Danny glanced up at his brother.

"He's just a bit protective," Luca chuckled.

"Ero is very protective as well." Danny said with a shy smile, feeling better.

"Protective caregivers seem to be a pattern," Luca chuckled.

Danny smiled, "Yeah, it does seem to be."

Jordan nodded. "I have to agree."

Danny smiled, "I can help you learn some things that may help with your attacks."

Luca nodded. "Okay."

Danny smiled, "Staying calm can be very hard... Especially with some things."

Luca nodded. "Very, very hard."

Danny looked down, "My first attack was very hard."

"So was mine..." Luca nodded.

"My dad taught me the steps I use to try and stay calm."

"Grayson tries his best to keep me calm," nodded Luca.

Danny nodded with a small smile.

Cecil looked down at his files. "Danny your mother is going to want a full work up since you've had three attacks this week."

Three in a week to Luca seemed incredible.

"Only three attacks?" Grayson asked.

Danny pouted, "The one two days ago wasn't too bad..."
