Homesick and Iatrophobic

Grayson smiled softly at his love before kissing his forehead.

Luca took his hand, heading out the door.

Grayson smiled worriedly as he followed.

Cecil looked over at his papers as he waited for Danny to arrive with his brother.

The ride to Saving Grace Memorial hospital was a long, and silent one. Not a word spoken as they walked in the building, got in the elevator, or waited in the cardiology waiting room on the sixth floor.

"I think that's the new one," whispered Jordan, "the skinny little blond in the hat..."

Grayson sat close to Luca as he softly squeezed his hand.

Danny nodded, "Yeah I think so too." He looked at his brother before shyly going over. "Excuse me?"

Luca practically clung to Grayson's hand, glancing up at the stranger.

"Hello I'm Danny Lennox, I help Cecil out. I'm here to bring you to his office." Danny answered shyly.

"Bonjour, je m'appelle Luca Delorme..." the blond nervously, mumbled.

((Translation: "Hello, I'm Luca Delorme."))

Danny tilted his head, he hadn't learned French and wasn't sure what was said.

"He said hello." Grayson told him. "His name is Luca."

"Merci, mon ange," Luca whispered softly.

((Translation: Thank you, my angel))

Grayson smiled and kissed the top of his head. "Your welcome." He slowly stood up.

Luca stayed close to his side, as if trying to hide next to him.

Danny gave the shy young man a shy smile, hoping it'd help reassure him a little.

Luca managed a small smile of his own.

Danny's smile grew a little as he looked at his brother, maybe things would go well today.

Jordan flashed his brother a grin.

Danny smiled happily back before opening the door to Cecil's office.

Luca walked inside, and sat up on the exam table, removing his hat, and sitting it down next to him.

Danny smiled as Cecil walked into the room. "Hello there, I'm Dr. Markwell."

"Bon-Bonjour..." stammered Luca.

Cecil smiled kindly and held his hand out to the young man. "I'm Cecil."

Luca shook his hand. "I'm Luca..."

"How are ye feeling Luca? Have ye been in the states before?" Cecil asked, hoping to help the boy relax.

This is my first time..." said the blond. "It...it frightens me..."

"Well being in a new county can be a wee bit scary for everyone, it was for me when I first came here." Cecil said with a small smile.
