Back in his home country, Luca would have been followed by droves for screaming teenage girls. Playing the lead character on one of the most popular teen series in recent memory. His nickname, "The Wolf", comes from the fact that Luca's last name translates to exactly that, but the twenty something star has never felt quite as strong as the animal whose name he carries.

Luca's heart has always been weaker than the average person's, and in moments of high stress, without his medication, he experiences intense chest pains, and shortness of breath. In leaving his home where he's such a well known star he hopes that the somewhat anonymity of a country that barely knows his name he'll be able to focus on managing his heart condition, and his depression before building a name for himself in America's television industry.
